Personal lab. Innovation & automation.
Smartzig is my space to explore how automation, architecture, and small tools can simplify work and everyday life. It is not a commercial portal — a workshop for ideas I actually use: agents, micro frontends, and experiments that might help others too. Signed-in tools are deliberately limited — not a public offering.
Founder
I build systems and teams that turn complex work into something simpler — and worth enjoying along the way.
Focus areas
- People leadership — coaching, clear expectations, sustainable pace
- Innovation — practical experiments that create leverage, not hype
- Automation — fewer handoffs, less toil, more room for judgment
- Scalable systems — design for change, observability, and safe evolution
- Product thinking — outcomes first, disciplined scope, honest UX
I believe the best technical organizations combine rigor with curiosity. Simplicity is a strategy: fewer moving parts, clearer ownership, faster learning. I care about shipping, but not at the expense of the people doing the work — momentum should feel challenging, not draining.
Smartzig is my personal workspace for that mindset: micro frontends, agents, and small tools that make messy workflows feel lighter. If something here helps you too, that's a bonus. No profit motive; workspace access is by invitation.
How this lab is built
Principles behind the modules and agents you see here.
People first
Leadership means developing others. I aim for clarity, fair expectations, and a pace teams can sustain.
Simple systems
Composition over accumulation. Each piece should be understandable on its own.
Automation with judgment
Agents and automation handle repetition so humans keep the decisions that matter.
Joy in the craft
Building can be demanding and still rewarding — I want this lab to reflect both seriousness and curiosity.
From 2009 to today
Smartzig Marketing Solutions
Digital marketing entrepreneur (Jan 2009–Aug 2012): PPC, PPA, SEO, and email; blog-network focus around 2010; Amazon.com affiliate work around 2011 — learning distribution and conversion hands-on.
Non-profit organization
Moved the main focus to a non-profit organization and mission-led work — less purely commercial framing, more room for impact-driven initiatives and side experiments.
SmartzHelp
Capstone for the Android development micro-postgraduate at IGTI: shipped as the course conclusion project, then kept alive for about three years in the store, ending around 120 downloads. Separate from later postgraduate work at other schools.
Smartzig modular host
Consolidated the current Next.js host: micro frontends, auth, and the first lab modules (e.g. People Ops) in one deployable surface.
Purrfect Storm begins
Game project kicked off — narrative, strategy, and early prototypes shared with testers.
Lab consolidation
Smartzig Tools keeps pulling agents, modules, and hosting into one coherent personal lab — less sprawl, clearer surfaces to ship and iterate.
